Your names and pictures
Editing processes your input on your device. Editing and local file downloads do not upload your work. Your latest list or board may be stored in your browser’s local storage so you can continue later. Clearing site data removes that local copy. Private browsing and storage settings may prevent saving.
Saving to the site
If you choose Save to site, we store the board, resized pictures, nickname, category, visibility choice, and creation time in Cloudflare D1. Public boards appear in the gallery. Unlisted boards can be viewed by anyone with their link. We store only a hash of the management key; keep the key to delete your post. Your browser remembers it locally, or you can download a key file. Reports store a reason and a daily hashed network identifier to limit duplicate reports. Save and report rate-limit records expire after roughly one day. Published boards remain until deleted by their owner or removed by BirdLab.
Links and files you share
A shared wheel link contains the entries you choose to share. Anyone who receives it can read them. Exported project files and images also contain your chosen content. Share only what you intend to make available to others.
Hosting and external services
Cloudflare hosts these pages and may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service. On Tier home and template pages, Google AdSense may load when an ad placement approaches the screen. Google may process IP addresses, device information, cookies and identifiers for advertising, fraud prevention and measurement. Google’s consent message provides choices where required. Editing-only and saved-board pages do not load ads. A 10% session sample sends bounded action counts (topic, action, day) to BirdLab; no input text, pictures or persistent visitor IDs are included. Counts are retained for up to 31 days and Do Not Track/Global Privacy Control are respected. Public submissions retain a daily network hash for duplicate filtering until the post is deleted.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance on public Tier pages. Editing, private links and URLs containing query parameters or fragments are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
